Hello! Thank you for teaching XXX to express herself. As a hearing-impaired child, it is not easy to learn to express herself, and it is not something that can be taught easily. But I am glad that she went from a child who did not know many things, to a child who can now reach out her hands for requests, nod her head for ‘yes’, wave bye-bye for ‘no’, and use gestures for ‘eat’ and ‘drink milk’. Although there are still many things she hasn’t learned yet, those non-verbal expressions have already helped a lot in our daily life and communicate with us. I remember that was a time when I was in your session, I said ‘Sometimes I really don’t know what can I do to help her’, but the words you said impressed me: ‘Not at all, there are many things we can do!’. Your words were very encouraging, sometimes when I get stuck I remind myself of your words, and then I become more cheerful. Thank you. XXX has completed her cochlear implant for 2 years, there is still a long way to adaptability and rehabilitation, I will learn from your positivity and walk with her. Hope to see you in the future!
